TABLE TOP SALE – Saturday 11th June
Marden Scout Group are holding a TABLE TOP SALE in the grounds of Marden Scout Hut on Saturday 11th June, full details on the attached flyer. This is a great opportunity to raise money to pay for the recent repair work done to the hall doors and walls.
We are naturally keen to make this a success and would like your support by booking a pitch. Please e-mail email@example.com to sell your unwanted items and don’t forget to let us know if you’d like to hire a table for £2.
We would also appreciate your help in a big way if you and a friend or two could offer an hour or more of your time on the day and help us in one of the following ways –eg Gate marshal, money taker, directing table bookings, car park attendant, serving teas and coffees, cooking burgers and clearing up at the end etc
We are a charitable organisation and we rely on Parent/Carer help to organise these events and provide adventurous, educational fun packed activities in a safe and sound environment. The reality is, if we don’t get help from our Scouts, Cubs and Beavers Parents or Carers then we are unable to function, either by holding events such as these or providing an evening when Scouts Cubs and Beavers can meet!
If you e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org your name and entitle the e-mail TABLE TOP HELPER and state how much time you are willing to offer – include your friends name(s) too and we can organise a rota for your time slot.
